Hi there! New to form, Congrats on starting treatment to you! I’ve been in limbo for a couple of months with cysts on ovaries, but
started menopur today and supercur since yesterday. This is my first cycle.
Advised not to do anything too strenuous,
(Find regular runs great de-stresser) but did go for a walk, over an hour
